Virtual Consultation
Some patients are unable to make it to the office for an in-person consultation. Whether you’re a busy professional or an out-of-town client, our helpful office staff can coordinate a time for you to discuss your concerns with either Dr. Cain or Dr. Richardson via a video chat. Obviously, there is no substitute for an in-person exam, but these informational sessions can be helpful for patients to determine what procedures might be right for them and answer specific questions.
Instructions to schedule your Virtual Consultation:
Make sure you are in a bright room with good lighting or facing a window when taking your photos.
Please keep in mind that Virtual Consultations are only scheduled on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 8 am CST or 1 pm CST.
