Choosing Dr. Matthew Richardson for my facelift and neck lift was one of the best decisions I have ever made. After researching several surgeons, his wonderful reviews, kindness, and the confidence he inspired truly stood out. But meeting him made the decision easy. He spent an hour and a half with me during my first consultation, and I walked out knowing he was the surgeon for me.

I am only 15 days post-op, and I am already absolutely thrilled. Dr. Richardson has golden hands he is a true artist. I feel beautiful, confident, and completely myself. The results look so natural, yet the difference is incredible. I feel like a refreshed, more radiant version of myself.

His team deserves just as much praise. Beth, Lissette, Sam, Faushia, and Kelley are absolutely wonderful. Their warmth, kindness, and genuine care have made this experience even more special. They make you feel welcomed, supported, and cared for every step of the way. Together, they create the kind of atmosphere that makes you feel you are in the very best hands.

I am originally from Spain and could have returned home for surgery, but I chose to have it here with Dr. Richardson, and I could not be happier. If I ever decide to have another procedure, I would choose him again without hesitation. In fact, I am already wondering what else I might like to have done because I trust his talent so much!

Just do it!! Stop thinking & go
I spent years & countless $$ on RF,MN RF with  MN , botox, fillers creams, exercises for minimal temporary results . 1 morning spent with DR. Blown away
A while back I worked for a 76-year-old lady who was always quite beautiful, but she recently felt she was looking older. For 6 months I researched doctors in Dallas, and literally only 4 doctors had all 5-star reviews across all platforms (real self, google etc.). After reviewing the four doctors, we decided to go with Dr. Matthew Richardson. It seems almost impossible to communicate how fantastic this lady's results were-again she was 76. She got botox and filler in her marionette lines. This alone took 20 years off her appearance.  We decided to go all in and she did this skin package where she went in three times within a span of 4 weeks in between each session. The skin rejuvenation took another 10 years off. If you were to walk past this lady at a restaurant you could mistake her for a 45 to year-old. To her friends she looked 'the same' just like she was aging backwards. Keloid Removal
I went to Dr.Richardson for a keloid I’ve had for about 4 years. I was scared going into the consultation due to the fact I’ve always been scared to get help. I really did not know what to expect. The whole team were delightful, they made me feel very welcomed and were super friendly throughout the process. Dr.Richardson definitely made me feel at ease throughout the procedure. He was telling me what he was doing throughout and checking on if I felt any pain or lightheaded. He gave me a lot of knowledge that I didn’t know about keloids. You can tell he loves what he does. Lift and laser resurfacing
If I could give more than 5 stars to Dr. Richardson, I would do so. He is an incredibly talented surgeon. He was able to erase the problems areas on my neck and jawline with a very natural appearing result. I am very happy with the results of the lift, and equally happy with the results of the laser resurfacing performed at the same time. The many brown spots on my face are gone as well as some fine lines and bumps. Dr. Richardson’s office staff is supportive, kind, and very efficient. I am more than happy with my results one year later
