What is a Facial Fat TRansfer?

Autologous facial fat transfer describes the process of taking one’s own fat from an area such as the abdomen or thighs and transferring this fat to areas of the face that have lost volume over time due to the natural aging process. The transferred fat can be used to treat a “sunken” appearance around the eyes, deflated cheeks, and other lines or depressions in the face.
