Our Team

Kelley – Practice Manager

Kelley is our Practice Manager and performs all administrative tasks required to keep our office running smoothly. She originally began her career in the aesthetic industry as a medical aesthetician before her industrious work ethic and natural talent for leadership propelled her into a career in management. She now has over 15 years of aesthetic industry experience, more than a decade of experience in management of the cosmetic and reconstructive surgical practice, and her skill set has only expanded over time. She has been trained in every aspect of the plastic surgery practice, from receptionist duties at the front desk to assisting the doctors during clinic visits and in the operating room. Originally from East Texas where she grew up on Cedar Creek Lake, she considers herself a small town girl at heart and enjoys spending her time baking, crafting, and watching her son play baseball and her daughter participate in competitive cheer.

Julie – Registered Nurse

Julie is a registered nurse with more than 20 years of experience and extensive qualifications in the perioperative setting, including CNOR and RNFA certifications. Julie has worked in plastic and cosmetic surgery in the Dallas area for the last 12 years. She assists the surgeons in the operating room and cares for patients as they recover post-operatively. In addition, she provides assistance during clinic visits, including pre-operative and post-operative visits, new patient consultations, and laser and injectable treatments. She also maintains operations of the clinic and our private surgical suite. Originally from Wichita Falls, Julie graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Midwestern State University. Her philosophy is to “care for my patients as I would want my family to be cared for.” When she’s not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and watching her son play soccer.

Jessica – Registered Nurse

Jessica is a registered nurse with more than 5 years of experience and extensive qualifications in the perioperative setting, including BSN. In addition to assisting the surgeons in the operating room, she provides assistance during consultations, injections, laser treatments, and follow-up visits. Originally from Sand Springs, Oklahoma, Jessica graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology from Oklahoma State University. Jessica continued her education in Texas and graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Baylor University. Jessica began her perioperative career here in Dallas at Parkland Hospital and also worked for Medical City Frisco before joining our team. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys spending time on the lake, traveling, reading, and spending time with her husband and daughter Loralai.

Beth – Registered Nurse

Beth is a registered nurse with more than 15 years of experience as a RN, BSN. She provides assistance during all phases of patient care including clinic visits, new patient consultations, pre and post-operative care, as well as laser and injectable treatments. She also assists the doctors in the operating room and cares for patients in both the pre and post-operative phases. She is originally from Wisconsin, where she graduates with her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, trying new restaurants, and exploring Dallas. Her most recent joy is her new Sheepadoodle puppy named Bruce.

Renaida – Medical Aesthetician & Certified Laser Technician

Renaida is a licensed Aesthetician and Certified Professional Laser Technician as well as a Laser Safety Officer. She obtained her Aesthetics License from Paul Mitchell Dallas and her Laser Certification from Texas Laser Institute. She was first introduced to the aesthetic and laser industry while working for the Children’s Medical Center Plastic Surgery Department and has been hooked ever since. She enjoys helping clients reach their skin care goals with laser and aesthetic treatments, as well as advanced products. In her free time, she enjoys practicing new facial techniques with her boys. “They help me perfect my craft by giving me great feedback and support.”

Bria – Medical Aesthetician & Certified Laser Technician

Bria is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician, Certified Professional Laser Technician, and Laser Safety Officer. She earned her aesthetics license from Aveda Arts & Science Institute and her laser certifications from the Texas Laser Institute in 2010.

With a solid foundation in the beauty industry, Bria transitioned from administrative roles to hands-on work, driven by her passion for boosting clients’ confidence and enhancing their natural beauty.

Her expertise includes advanced skin care techniques and state-of-the-art technology, and she is committed to creating personalized treatment plans that cater to each client’s unique needs. A Dallas native, Bria enjoys traveling, running, biking, swimming, and spending time with her husband, son, and three dogs.

Sam – Medical Assistant

Samantha, also known as Sam, is an enthusiastic medical assistant with over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She is the newest addition to our practice family. Sam provides support during all phases of patient care, including clinic visits, new patient consultations, pre- and post-operative care, as well as laser and injectable treatments.

Originally from Irving, she recently moved to Plano to be closer to work and friends. Outside of work, she enjoys dancing, gymnastics, spending time with animals of all kinds, and exploring new restaurants.

Faushia – Front Desk Coordinator

Faushia has been in the healthcare industry for over 20 years. She has spent the last fifteen years specifically in the facial oral surgery industry. She is trained in multiple areas of the business, but you will find her upfront greeting our patients, and providing outstanding service to all. Originally from Fort Worth, then moved to the Prosper area which the entire family loves. When she is not in the office, she enjoys boating on the weekends with her family, watching her son play baseball and daughters play volleyball.

Janelle – Social Media Manager & Photographer

Janelle is our Social Media Specialist and in-house photographer, bringing over six years of experience in marketing, videography, and photography. After experiencing the fast-paced travel and tech industries in Los Angeles, she transitioned her skills into the aesthetics field. She is responsible for creating dynamic content across all of Texas Facial Aesthetics’ social media platforms and capturing patient progress photos.

A proud Dallas native, Janelle is deeply passionate about all things health and wellness. In her free time, you’ll often find her taking dance classes or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
