Young woman with lower eyelid puffiness due to genetics (not age-related) who underwent lower eyelid surgery to remove the excess fatty tissue. Postoperative photos show improvement in the puffiness of the lower eyelid and improved smoothness of the transition from the cheek to the lower eyelid area.
