Woman with previous nasal surgery who then suffered nasal trauma resulting in broken nasal bones and a fractured nasal septum that eventually required surgical repair. Surgery was performed to straighten the nose, repair the septum to improve nasal breathing, and refine the bony irregularities on the bridge of the nose.
