This patient was bothered by heavy brows and eyelids, as well as skin texture dullness, facial volume loss, jowling, and loose neck skin. She underwent a facelift with neck lift, endoscopic browlift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, facial fat grafting, and laser skin resurfacing. Results are shown 6 months after surgery.
