Man with congenital cleft lip, cleft palate, and cleft nose deformity with numerous previous lip, palate, and nose surgeries elsewhere who continued to have nasal obstruction. Revision rhinoplasty was performed for mostly functional purposes, which allowed the patient to finally breathe through his nose. His nose was severely crooked and was also straightened during the reconstructive process. Some asymmetry remains, but he is greatly improved.
