Patient 2
35-44 year old woman treated with Brow Lift
Young woman with mild asymmetry of the brows and heaviness of the brows and upper eyelid area. After photos are only at 2 weeks post-op, so fullness of the upper eyelid area will continue to improve as swelling continues to resolve. Improved visibility of the upper eyelid area and improved brow position is noted.

Patient 3
Scar revision was performed to improve the scar’s orientation along natural wrinkles in the forehead, flatten out the scar, and remove the irregularities and suture marks from closure in the emergency room by another physician. The scar will fade more and more over the course of 9-12 months.

Patient 4
Tattoo removal behind the ear with surgical excision. This tattoo underwent 12 laser treatments (by another doctor) without successful removal, so she desired surgical removal. These photos show the tattoo completely removed. The scar will fade and become difficult to find over time.

Patient 6
Functional septorhinoplasty to straighten a crooked nose, a collapsed nasal sidewall, and a severely deviated septum. Patient did not desire any cosmetic changes to the nose other than straightening the nose. Note the improvement in nostril symmetry and movement of the deviated septum into the midline.

Man with two simultaneous skin cancers (squamous cell carcinoma and basal cell carcinoma) along the border of the lower lip which were both excised with Mohs micrographic surgery and then reconstructed using local tissue flaps. Post-op photos are at 2 months post-op.

Man with large lipoma on the back of the neck who was experiencing discomfort due to the large size. Excision performed under local anesthesia, and the lipoma was completely removed. Post-op photos are at 10 days post-op and show only some very mild bruising remaining.

Large nasal defect secondary to skin cancer that was removed using Mohs micrographic surgery and then reconstructed using a paramedian forehead flap. Scars are still fading at 4 months and have not been treated with any resurfacing treatments. Scars will continue to fade and mature over time.

Man treated with a surgical rhinoplasty for functional nasal breathing problems primarily. He desired some correction in the dorsal hump and straightening of the nose, but no other nasal shape changes. An open septorhinoplasty was performed to improve nasal breathing and nasal shape. Note the improvement in the shape of the nasal bridge (deviated to the patient’s right before surgery).
