I had a keloid on my ear for 20 years that I’d been very apprehensive to have removed due to fear of it growing back. Dr. Richardson did an AMAZING job! 6 months later and the area is as flat as ever. My follow up appointment was pushed back due to COVID and he was still always available to address any concerns I had. He even took time out of his day to FaceTime me to look at my ear. Also the staff was friendly and very responsive. I highly recommend them if you have any stubborn keloids.
