Case #1598 - Rhinoplasty (Nose)

Woman with crooked nose and nasal obstruction after prior trauma many years ago, treated with rhinoplasty to improve her nasal breathing. Notice the improvement in the contour of the nasal dorsum, which was severely deviated and collapsed prior to surgery. At one month after surgery, there is still some expected edema present on the postoperative view, particularly involving the nasal tip.
