Patient with silicone nasal implant placed in Thailand 15 years ago who then developed extrusion and exposure of the implant. The patient presented to us with the implant sticking out of the tip of the nose. We removed the implant, allowed it to heal, and then eventually replaced the implanted with a graft of diced cartilage and fascia (DCF) for augmentation of the nasal dorsum.
