Patient with a history of cleft lip, nose, and palate who had undergone multiple previous nasal surgeries and cleft lip repair surgeries who continued to have nasal obstruction, nasal valve collapse, and severe nasal asymmetry. Functional revision rhinoplasty was performed in order to improve nasal symmetry and nasal breathing, which were both successful.
