Intra-operative rhinoplasty results showing a small dorsal hump and rounded nasal profile with poor tip definition before surgery and a lower nasal bridge with improved tip rotation and tip definition at the end of surgery. This patient’s surgery was performed via open approach due to very asymmetric cartilage and bone deformities, so columellar sutures are visible in the after photo. Surgery performed under IV sedation.
