Man with irregular frontal hairline and no family history or personal history of hair loss who desired lowering of the hairline and creation of a straight hairline. In the before photo, the patient wore his hair longer and pushed it forward to cover his large forehead, but now wears his hair shorter due to improvement in the frontal hairline.
