Patient with prior facelift who desired further tightening of the cheeks, neck, and jawline with a revision facelift procedure. The patient’s own tissue (SMAS) was used also to fill in and soften the nasolabial folds/smile lines. The neck bands were tightened surgically as part of the facelift procedure as well.
