Woman with vision obstruction due to overhanging eyelid skin. Also had some preoperative asymmetry of the eyes due to a drooping eyelid (ptosis) which she did not want to correct. Postoperative views show less heaviness to the upper eyelid skin which allows for improvement in the visual fields.
